Currently sitting as part of the management team for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA, a member based organisation and the peak industry body representing and supporting business in the state and responsible for Marketing Operations, Content, Publications, Brand, WA Works and the Industry Capability Network Charles is comfortable and experienced dealing with numerous stakeholders and presenting business cases at all levels.

A proven track record for thriving in fast-paced, target driven environments as well as his passion for achieving the best results has enabled him to develop an ability to understand, interpret and quickly adapt to changing market dynamics.

In a relatively short period of time with CCI he has been instrumental in the team making finalists in 8 national and international awards and winning two, the Australian Publish Awards for Special Edition of the Year and the international Gold Standard Award For NGO Engagement held by Public Affairs Asia.

Prior to this he spent 3 years in Melbourne as Head of Marketing for BMW Melbourne seeing some great results including winning the MINI Excellence Award for being the best MINI dealership in Australia (from worst in the country the prior year) and “The Plus Ones” naming the launch of the MINI 5 Door as the national party of 2015. Prior to that he was internationally recognised within the BMW Group Worldwide for 3 years in a row as part of BMW’s highest international individual award for Branding and Marketing Strategy.
